Ways to prevent Warts
Don't touch, rub, scratch or pick at warts as you may spread the virus.
To flush out toxins, drink lots of water, at least eight glasses daily.
Warts should be covered with a bandage and avoid biting your nails.

Keep feet clean and dry and change socks daily.
