Remedies for Nausea
Nausea is basically a reaction; the body has, due to the presence of some illness in your body.

Ways to relieve Nausea
- Not drinking enough water can be a major contributer to nausea. Make sure you drink a minimum of eight glasses each day.
- Sleep depravation can also induce nausea. Nine hours of quality sleep is optimum.
- Certain smells, scents or odors can trigger nausea. Recognizing what these triggers are will enable you to avoid them.
- Avoid certan food that are known gas makers and food you know that have caused nausea in the past.
- Try eating protein like eggs and meat, protein is a proven nausea blocker.
- Don't allow your stomach to 'empty out' this can keep your blood sugar levels from dipping. Eat healthy snacks throughout the day.
- Exercise is always important for obvious reasons.
- If you want to become healthy and remain healthy, first and foremost you MUST learn to control stress.
- Motion sickness can trigger nausea; While in a moving vehicle, steady your head against the back of your seat; fix your eyes on the horizon; do not allow your head or eyes to roll around.
- Prescription drugs can be the cause of nausea, ask your pharmacist.

Herbal Tea: Chamomile, fennel and spearmint are good choices.
