Ways to relieve Morning Sickness

  • First and foremost get alot of rest.
  • Do not eat large meals, instead eat frequent very small meals or healthy snacks.

  • Snack on safe food such as crackers or dry toast.

  • As a general rule avoid greasy and spicy foods and any food that is difficult to digest.
