Ways to relieve Morning Sickness
- First and foremost get alot of rest.
- Do not eat large meals, instead eat frequent very small meals or healthy snacks.
- As you probally know, some food as well as certain smells can eaily trigger a bout of nausea. Identify what these triggers are and avoid them as much as you can.
- Snack on safe food such as crackers or dry toast.
- Eat your food slowly and wait at least fifteen minutes after eating to drink anything.
- Do not wear tight fitting clothing.
- It is always best to avoid taking medicines while pregnant.
- As a general rule avoid greasy and spicy foods and any food that is difficult to digest.

Peppermint: Place a small drop of peppermint essential oil under your nose.
Gelatin: There is always room for Jello™.
Carbohydrates: Try eating a plain baked potato or dry toast.
