Heartburn is a condition linked to excess stomach acid and indigestion.

Ways to relieve heartburn
- Don't Smoke!
- Don't drink alcohol!
- Don't eat before bedtime!
- If your overweight, lose the weight!
- Don't overly tighten belts or anything around the waist.
- Watch what you eat! Avoid caffeine, carbonated beverages; citrus fruits and juices; tomatoes and tomato sauces; chocolate; spicy and fatty foods.
- It's best not to cover up the symptoms with antacid tabs etc. but instead discover why your getting heartburn in the first place.
