Remedies for Dry Skin
Skin may feel hard and tight or have dry, cracked patches that peel or flake, causing a blotchy texture.
Ways to relieve dry skin.
- Never wash face with hot water tepid water is best.
- Don't use chemical fragrances on skin they have a tendency to dry skin. Always use natural fragrances.
- Do not smoke!
- Don't use harsh soaps instead use mild soaps and detergents.
- Use a natural (organic is best) moisturizer which contains mineral oil to help the skin retain its moisture.
- Make sure you have a healthful diet since any mal nutrition will result in a skin condition of varying degrees.

Almond oil: Only a couple of drops where needed is sufficient. Wet your clean hands with warm water and massage.

Coconut oil: Rub on wherever dry skin is present.
Sesame oil Dampen skin and apply oil. Let it soak in to skin.
