Mineral Calcium

What am I?

Calcium cannot be absorbed without Vitamin D. Calcium is essential for a healthy, functioning body. Present in four forms: Calcium Carbonate, Calcium Citrate, Calcium Gluconate, Calcium Phosphate, Calcium Lactate.

10-50 years, 1000 mg/day
51+ years, 1200 mg/day

What if I Don't Get Enough?
